Marvin OREO Brownies

People will lineout for these decadent Marvin Oreo brownies. Delicious fudge brownies that is simple, easy and will get the crowd roaring!
Ingredients
1 Cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 1/2 cups cocoa powder
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp Vanilla essence
2/3 cups flour
1 pack Oreo cookies
Instructions
1. Pre-heat the gas braai to 180°C
2. Combine butter and sugar and microwave for 30 seconds.
3. Remove the bowl add stir the ingredients with a whisk. Repeat process until the mixture is glossy.
4. Add cocoa powder, salt and vanilla essence and stir through
5. Next add te flour and fold it through.
6. Crumble the Oreos and add to the mixture
7. Pour the mixture into a greased cast iron pan and bake in the closed gas braai for approximately 45 minutes.
8. Insert a knife in the centre of the brownies to test the doneness. Time may vary depending on your braai.
