Shipping & Distribution


We want you to receive your Megamaster goods as soon as possible, and we try to ensure that all deliveries run smoothly and efficiently.

Depending on where you are situated, delivery times will vary, but as a guide, most major destinations will be delivered to within +/- 5-7 business days from the time of order.

Deliveries are done Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.

If an order is made on a Friday, or during the weekend, it will only be processed on the following Monday.

Please note during SALE periods, orders will take up to 10 working days to deliver. Regional and outlying areas may also experience slight delays in delivery.

To the extent permitted by law, Megamaster shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. For more information, contact ecommerce@megagroup.co.za


COURIER
Megamaster makes use of Value Express as our dedicated courier partner.

Please note that all online orders are subject to a standard R100 delivery fee.
Our courier delivery service requires a person to sign for the parcel. Please ensure that you or a third party is present at the time of delivery.
In order to ensure the parcel is delivered to the correct party, please ensure that proof of identity is provided to the courier agent, if requested.

TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details which will include a tracking number. Please click on the following link to track your order once it has been shipped: https://www.valueexpress.co.za/customer-portal/
