Incorrect part supplied (no assistance offered)

I was supplied the incorrect part (even though I ordered the correct one for the correct model of the website), when I raised this with Megamaster, this was their response:
We have check and we don’t have the size as per your old Grease Tray .
May, I ask you if you can extend the sides with a piece of steel strip so that the grease tray can fit..
We can offer you a discount when you make a purchase from Megamaster again.
I find this completely unacceptable and responded, since then they have not answered me or came up with a solution. Will not buy a Megamaster product again.

Part doesn't fit

Hi, I ordered the grease tray to replace my old one. I have the origin 4 Burner gas braai however the grease tray doesn't fit, I have had to angle it slightly to avoid it dropping out. It's like 1cm too short in length which is a bit frustrating.
