Arrived in good time for the weather to start warming up. The set is the same model as we purchase in Cyprus a few years ago. we had broken the shovel in our old set and the new set matches exactly. Follow-up on Fireplace Toolset Issue (Invoice CIN0035232

I hope you are well.

I previously reported an issue with one of the Megamaster Square Fireplace Toolsets I purchased (Invoice Number: CIN0035232), where the large tong is very stiff to use. You kindly acknowledged my query and mentioned that I would receive feedback, but I have not yet heard back.

Could you please provide me with an update or a proposed solution? I’d greatly appreciate your assistance so that I can enjoy using both toolsets fully.
