Rules & Regulations:
The promoter is: Megamaster [company no. 2005/027725/07] whose registered office is at No 8 Donkerhoek Pretoria East, Pretoria, 0002, South Africa.
The competition is open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or over, except employees of Megamaster and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
Only South African entrants, based in South Africa at the time of the competition, will be considered.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering the competition and accepting the prize, the winner agrees to
Megamaster and its advertising agencies taking photographs and video footage of the event for the Megamaster website and for use in future marketing campaigns.These may be published in the public sector.
Megamaster and its advertising agency will endeavour to publish only respectful, ethical images and video footage of the event and its participants and prize winners.

If any of the winners do not wish to abide by the terms and conditions of the competition, a new winner or winners will be drawn.
If the main prize winner is unavailable to attend the match on the 6th of October at Loftus Versfeld, a new winner will be drawn.
The closing date for each entry will be before the kick-off of each game within the stipulated competition time period. At or after this time for each relevant game, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
Megamaster does not accept any responsibility for late or non-entries as a result of any technical, data or service provider related issues.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
Megamaster’s appointed competition authorities will judge the competition and decide on the winner for each of the South African matches.
The prediction closest to the actual final score will win.
Only the first 5 entries, per participant, per match, will be considered as valid.
In the event of several entries having the same score prediction, the winner will be decided by the highest number of likes on their post. Should there be a tied score and a tied number of likes, the winner will be drawn from these entries by the competition authorities at random.
Winners will be chosen: by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice for any reason.
Any changes to the competition will be communicated to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
The prizes are not transferable.
Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
South African Match prize winners will be contacted by DM on Facebook once their entry has been verified as both valid and as the winning entry.
The main prize winner will be notified by DM on Facebook within 2 – 3 days of the closing date.
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 2 – 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current South African data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
The winner’s name will be published on Facebook.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
Megamaster’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
Megamaster shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to their Facebook page.
Megamaster also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
