We recommend that you use our Braai Degreaser or the Stainless Steel Cleaner they work the best and it is easy to clean with. You can also use warm water with dishwashing liquid.

1. Let the braai cool down after use.
2. Remove the flame tamers, warming rack, grease tray, and cooking grids.
3. Use a sponge and light soap mixed with lukewarm water.
4. Clean all smaller items separately, and then clean the unit itself after.
5. Start cleaning the unit from the inside out, make sure to remove all grease from the unit.
6. Rinse the outside of the braai with water.
7. Wipe it with a clean dry cloth.
8. Place all the smaller items back onto the unit.
