  • 2 8g Packets of instant dry yeast
  • 0.8 ls Flour
  • CINNAMON SUGAR SPREAD
  • 4.9 ml Salt
  • 0.1 l Brown Sugar
  • 0.1 l Soft Butter
  • 14.8 mls cinnamon
  • CREAM CHEESE GLAZE
  • 50 gs Cream Cheese
  • 50 gs Soft Butter
  • 0.2 l Icing Sugar

  • 59.1 mls Sugar
  • 4 8g Packets of instant dry yeast
  • 1.7 ls Flour
  • CINNAMON SUGAR SPREAD
  • 9.9 mls Salt
  • 0.2 l Brown Sugar
  • 0.2 l Soft Butter
  • 29.6 mls cinnamon
  • CREAM CHEESE GLAZE
  • 100 gs Cream Cheese
  • 100 gs Soft Butter
  • 0.4 ls Icing Sugar

    Preheat the BakerBox over the braai.

    To make the dough: Mix all the ingredients together until smooth. Set aside and allow to rise for 10 minutes.

    Roll the dough out into an even circle.

    Mix all the cinnamon sugar spread ingredients together in a bowl, and spread over the pizza (as you would spread tomato paste over a savoury pizza).

    Transfer pizza to the BakerBox, close the lid and bake for 10 minutes until the edges are golden brown.

    To make the glaze: Whisk the butter and cream cheese together with the icing sugar – if it’s too thick, whisk in a little milk.

    Drizzle over the warm pizza and serve straight away.
